✦ Product Notes

1. All CiCi Daily Studio pieces are photographed from the actual items, presented as faithfully as we can in colour and detail.
2. As every piece is handmade, slight variations in size, weave texture and detail may occur. This is natural and does not affect wear or overall beauty.
3. If you have any questions, please contact us before ordering so both sides can feel at ease.

✦ Natural Stones

1. Natural crystals, agates, jades and glazes form in different environments, and may carry inclusions, ice cracks, pits, colour bands or growth lines.
2. These are natural characteristics of the stone, not defects. Every stone carries its own texture and colour; please make sure you can embrace these traits before ordering.

✦ Nepalese Handmade Glass

1. Nepalese glass beads are fired by artisans in the traditional way. Tiny bubbles, texture variations and hand marks may appear; colours shift in depth, patterns flow, and shapes are slightly irregular. And these are exactly where the charm lies.
2. These marks of time and hand are what make handmade glass precious.
3. Every bead has its own colour and expression, so every piece is a one-of-a-kind scenery.

✦ Care & Wearing

1. To keep your piece and its stones in good condition, avoid prolonged contact with water, chemicals, high heat and direct sunlight.
2. Please remove your piece before bathing, hot springs, swimming or heavy exercise.
3. After wearing, wipe gently with a soft cloth and store in a dry, cool place to extend its life.

✦ Limited Pieces

Every CiCi Daily Studio piece is made by hand. The carefully chosen materials are often one-of-a-kind or limited, so most pieces are limited editions. Once sold out, a piece may not return. If you meet one you love, perhaps it is the most beautiful encounter of all.

✦ Custom Orders

1. For wrist sizes on bracelets and beaded pieces, and necklace lengths, please contact us before ordering.
2. For custom thread colours, please contact us before ordering.
3. On bring-your-own-material custom work:
   1. If you find a style you love, CiCi offers a service to re-weave your own treasured jade, pendants or beads in the same style, continuing their story and companionship.
   2. This is handled one-on-one. Design and pricing follow the material, the difficulty of weaving, and your wishes.
   3. You send the materials to a given address; the finished piece is returned together with the original materials.
   4. As the materials are yours, if there are existing cracks, wear, ageing or looseness, CiCi will confirm with you beforehand where possible, but cannot guarantee the material will not change during the work due to its prior condition.
   5. As a custom service, returns are not accepted once the work is confirmed.
   6. Share any thoughts on design, colour or size with us first. Some pieces are precious not for their price, but for the years and memories they hold. CiCi is honoured to be part of that continuation, letting old time accompany your days in a new form.
   7. Shipping risk: please pack well and use a trackable method. Losses from courier loss, delay or force majeure follow the courier’s terms.

✦ Returns & Exchanges

1. Earrings are personal items; for hygiene reasons the 7-day inspection period does not apply once opened. Custom pieces are likewise not eligible. Thank you for your understanding.
2. If a piece is defective or sent in error, please contact us as soon as you receive it and we will do our best to help.

1. In-stock pieces ship within 48 hours of your order.
2. Custom pieces ship within 3–7 business days, depending on the difficulty of the work.
3. Taiwan: please provide convenience-store pickup details (currently 7-11 and FamilyMart only).
4. Malaysia: delivery follows the dispatch date from the local post office in Taiwan.
